Terms & conditions

These terms govern purchases from seacoast.lt, operated by MB “Sea Coast”, company code 305467548, Lithuania (“the workshop”, “I”, “me”).

By placing an order you accept these terms.

The products

Everything is made by hand from natural timber. Grain, colour and figure vary from piece to piece, and reclaimed wood may carry small marks from its earlier life. Photographs show a representative example, not the exact item you will receive. These variations are a property of handmade wooden goods, not a defect.

Dimensions given in product descriptions are approximate.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euro and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you pay.

Payment is handled by Stripe. I never see or store your card details. Available methods include cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

A contract is formed when I confirm your order by email. If a piece turns out to be unavailable after you order — the shop shares stock with other sales channels — I will tell you promptly and refund you in full.

Stock accuracy

Stock levels are kept as accurate as possible, but items are also sold in person and through other channels. Occasionally something sells twice. If that happens I will contact you immediately with the option of a remake or a full refund.

Delivery

See shipping for rates and timescales. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered.

Returns

See returns and refunds, which sets out your 14-day right of withdrawal and the exception for custom and personalised items.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or my liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise my liability is limited to the value of the order.

Products are intended for the described use. Wooden items are not load-rated safety equipment unless explicitly stated; decorative boat cleats are decorative.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

Changes

I may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you place your order. Last updated 14 August 2026.
