Deliveries paused: European Union
Orders to most of the European Union are paused. The EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) began applying on 12 August 2026 and requires a seller to be registered for packaging compliance in every member state they post to, with no exemption for very small workshops. I am working through those registrations country by country and will reopen each as it completes — the shipping page always shows the current list. Lithuania, and every destination outside the EU, are unaffected.

Dispatch time
Most pieces leave the bench within 3–5 business days. Custom and personalised orders take longer — we’ll agree a date when you order.
If something is marked made to order, I’ll confirm the timeline by email before starting.
Rates
Delivery is a flat cost per order, plus a small amount for each additional item, because a larger parcel costs more to send. You’ll see the exact figure in your basket before you pay.
Delivery times are estimates from the moment the parcel is dispatched, not from when you order. They are not guaranteed — postal services occasionally run slower, particularly over the winter holidays.
Tracking
You’ll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
Customs and import duties
Orders within the EU have no extra charges — VAT is included in the price you pay at checkout.
For destinations outside the EU (including the UK, US, Canada, Australia), you may be charged import duty, VAT or a handling fee by your local customs authority. These charges are set by your country, are not included in the price, and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Prices shown in North America include a regional adjustment reflecting the higher cost of serving that market.
Wrong address
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong or nobody collected it, I can resend it once you cover the postage again.
