Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery.

Cancellations not accepted, but contact me if you have any problems with your order. 

Custom or personalised items can’t be returned or exchanged. Except when they arrived damaged or defective.

Full refund available for defective items or in case it was not delivered at all. Refund for returned items available only after item was delivered to seller in original condition.

Buyers are responsible for postage costs of returning items. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value, if the item is not returned in its original condition.

Due to global pandemic sutuation, delivery to most of destinations takes longer when usual.

To EU it could take 2-4 weeks. To USA even up to 4-6 weeks and about 1 month or more for the rest of the world.
