Worldwide delivery from Lithuania, dispatched within 3–5 business days.

Everything ships from the workshop in Lithuania.

## Dispatch time

Most pieces leave the bench within **3–5 business days**. Custom and personalised orders take
longer — we'll agree a date when you order.

If something is marked *made to order*, I'll confirm the timeline by email before starting.

## Rates

Delivery is a flat cost per order, plus a small amount for each additional item, because a
larger parcel costs more to send. You'll see the exact figure in your basket before you pay.

Delivery times are estimates from the moment the parcel is dispatched, not from when you
order. They are not guaranteed — postal services occasionally run slower, particularly over
the winter holidays.

## Tracking

You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

## Customs and import duties

Orders within the EU have no extra charges — VAT is included in the price you pay at checkout.

For destinations **outside the EU** (including the UK, US, Canada, Australia), you may be
charged import duty, VAT or a handling fee by your local customs authority. These charges are
set by your country, are not included in the price, and are the buyer's responsibility.

Prices shown in North America include a regional adjustment reflecting the higher cost of
serving that market.

## Wrong address

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel comes back because the address was
wrong or nobody collected it, I can resend it once you cover the postage again.

## Delivery

Postage is charged per order, plus a surcharge for each additional item.

- Lithuania: EUR 8.00 + EUR 1.00 per extra item, 3–6 days
- European Union: EUR 8.00 + EUR 1.00 per extra item, 5–12 days **— CLOSED, not accepting orders**
- UK, Norway, Switzerland & Iceland: EUR 8.00 + EUR 1.00 per extra item, 5–14 days
- North America: EUR 8.00 + EUR 1.00 per extra item, 8–21 days, product prices 30% higher
- Rest of world: EUR 8.00 + EUR 1.00 per extra item, 10–25 days

Deliveries are suspended to 26 countries pending packaging registration under Regulation (EU) 2025/40: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. Checkout is blocked for those addresses.
